How this is calculated

Added cost = line-item costs + additional person-hours × (labor rate + overhead rate) + subcontract cost.
Added charge = added cost ÷ (1 − margin). Net change = added charge − agreed customer credit.
Revised contract = original contract + net change. All amounts exclude tax.
